Argh, I have SO MANY BOOKS that I need to read this Spring.
ARCs on my TBR
Books coming out soon
Very excited because A Court of Mist and Fury, The Rose and the Dagger, and Unexpected Everything are all coming out on my birthday. Happy Birthday to me!!
Books I already own
Yeah, this is totally doable right? Did anyone else have a small panic attack while thinking of all the books that need to be read RIGHT NOW?? No? Guess it's just me then.
I can't wait to read Morgan Matson's The Unexpected Everything. It looks perfect for Spring. I hope that you enjoy these books!
ReplyDeleteThanks Chrissi! I think Morgan Matson is an amazing author so I have a feeling it will be perfect!
DeleteThe Time Traveler’s Wife is on my March TBR. I can’t wait to read it especially because it has so many varying reviews. 100 days of Cake seems interesting although some reviewers term it as being a difficult read. I hope to read your review on it. Looking forward to reading The First Time She Drowned.
ReplyDeleteHere is my TTT: https://dwgitau.wordpress.com/2016/03/15/top-ten-tuesday/
Thanks Diana! I have heard some mixed reviews about The Time Traveler's Wife, but several people I trust have loved it. I am hoping I did too. And the premise for 100 days of cake does indicate that it will be difficult. I am hoping it is a worth while one as well.
DeleteGreat list! We have Once Upon a Dream in common this week. I can't wait to see how the story has been adapted. 100 Days of Cake sounds intriguing.
ReplyDeleteMy TTT
Thanks Lauren! I'll be honest: I almost didn't get Once upon a dream, but the premise kind of sucked me in. I really hope it's worth it.
DeleteI've fallen behind on new releases, I must say... My list keeps growing, and I become more selective by necessity. Your picks look awesome - happy reading, Cynthia!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Ramona! I have become a bit more picky as well when adding books to my TBR. My list is already so huge.
DeleteSeveral of these look great but I'm especially interested in Only in Naples. Books like that can be so fun and from the description it does look really good.
ReplyDeleteThanks Greg! Only in Naples really interested me because I am living in Naples. I am excited to read a book with Naples as a setting. :)
DeleteThe Time Traveler's Wife is one of my all-time favorites! I have an ARC of Everyone Brave Is Forgiven, and I'm really looking forward to reading it. 100 Days of Cake is an amazing title! No idea what the book is about, but the title alone makes it sound great. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteLisa @ Bookshelf Fantasies
Thanks Lisa! I knew that I really couldn't go wrong with a book that has cake in the title. :)
DeleteI just finished ACOTAR and I seriously can't wait for A Court of Mist and Fury. I'm excited to see where Maas takes the story. Wonderful choices! Hope you have a lovely Spring and happy reading! :)

Jaymie, ME TOO! Wasn't ACOTAR just amazing and fabulous??
DeleteI AM SO EXCITED FOR A COURT OF MIST AND FURY!! Apparently so excited that I couldn't help but to write in all caps, haha :) Also, I love how you split up your list! Good luck with your TBR!
ReplyDeleteMy TTT :)
Jen, bahahaha. All caps is the PERFECT response to A Court of Mist and Fury! I AM SO EXCITED TOO!! And it comes out on my birthday, so you know I will be getting it.
DeleteOnce Upon A Dream looks great! Looking forward to your review of it! :D I don't think I can wait for A Court of Mist and Fury! My TTT
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Maranda!
DeleteI didn't know Morgan Matson has a new book coming out. Thanks for the heads up, and enjoy!
ReplyDeleteNo problem Joy! A new Morgan Matson book is definitely worth celebrating. I love all of her books.
DeleteI felt like my spring TBR was just all the ARCs so I did not make a list. Instead, I got a headache when I realized that, yet again, I over-ARCed. Oopsie? If it helps, I plan to be reading quite a few of these right along with you! Definitely The Rose and the Dagger, 100 Days of Cake.. And I will look at my shelf longingly for ACOMAF, The Art of Not Breathing, and The First Time She Drowned. Because I want to read them but... ARCs. Maybe this is a wake up call to like.. calm down? Yes, I am taking it as that! Hope you love these!
ReplyDeleteShannon, oh man you are so right. I have SO MANY ARCs too. I mean, I think I have more than a dozen ARCs for April alone. Oy. I always say I need to calm down, but then I go to NetGalley and I just can't help myself. Maybe one day, I will have some willpower. Today is not that day though.
DeleteDEFINITELY READ DAUGHTER OF SMOKE AND BONE :) And oh I liked Paperweight! I think you would enjoy that I'm sure. There's a lot of talk about Court of Mist and Fury, and same with The Rose and the Dagger! I'm planning to read A LOT of books this Spring. Like The Knife of Letting Go, and a couple of ARCs like The Girl in the Blue Coat. Just...EVERYTHING. Which won't happen, but I can dream!
ReplyDeleteValerie, oh man I know how you feel. I want to read ALL THE BOOKS. There are so many ARCs and so many new releases. I am super excited for Daughter of smoke and bone. I hear it takes place in Prague and I love that city!
DeleteI absolutely LOVED Daughter of Smoke and Bone, I hope you do too!
ReplyDeleteJessi, me too! I have heard wonderful things. I can't wait!
DeleteOMG DAUGHTER OF SMOKE AND BONE! *sates at you* Rad it read it read it!
ReplyDeleteI'm going to read 100 days of cake with my coblogger. The downside is that the cover makes me want cake.
A Count of Mist and Fury. Oh how I want that book right now.
