Top Ten Tuesday - Favorite Books of 2015!

This is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. They feature a different top ten list every week. This week's topic is my favorite books (so far) of 2015.

I had no idea just how many amazing books I have read this year until I had to compile this list. If it is this hard now, I have no idea how hard it will be at the end of the year.

1. The Lunar Chronicles series by Marissa Meyer - Yes, I am aware that I am cheating because this is three books in one. #Sorrynotsorry

2. Black Iris by Leah Raeder

3. All The Rage by Courtney Summers

4. The Princess Bride by William Goldman

5. Only Ever Yours by Louise O'Neill

6. I'll Give You The Sun by Jandy Nelson

7. You (You #1) by Caroline Kepnes

8. Skyscraping by Cordelia Jensen

9. If You Find This Letter: My Journey to Find Purpose Through Hundreds of Letters to Strangers by Hannah Brencher

10. Because You'll Never Meet Me by Leah Thomas

What are a few of your favorite books (so far) from 2015?

  19. I haven't actually compiled a list of my favourite 2015 reads yet, but I intend to soon!

I love that you included I'LL GIVE YOU THE SUN. It's such a gorgeous book, and I'm pretty sure it will make it to my list. I loved absolutely everything about it. Everything.

And it's great to see BECAUSE YOU'LL NEVER MEET ME, too! I loved that book, as well. I love letters, and the fact that it was written entirely in letters was super awesome. And the character growth during the book was amazing.

I have yet to read BLACK IRIS, but have been meaning to. I've heard some pretty great things about it PLUS it's NA LGBT, which I am super keen for.

I also really need to read CRESS because I've read and loved the first two Lunar Chronicles books, and have heard that CRESS is the best yet. Eep!

    1. Thanks Chiara! Yes, you need to read Cress RIGHT NOW!! If possible, every single book is better than the last. So yes, that one is the best yet . . . until Winter comes out anyway. Ha

  20. Only Ever Yours! YESSS. I'll Give You the Sun was fabulous too! And I MUST read All the Rage and Because You'll Never Meet Me! They both sound amazing! OH and Skyscraping! And the one with the letters- whatever that long title is ;) I really do want to read Black Iris too- I think. It seems like people either LOVE it or HATE it. I wish to love it! Fabulous list!

    1. Thanks Shannon! I really hope you love Black Iris. You are right though, there doesn't seem to be very much middle ground with that one. And of course, Skyscraping . . . I have been fangirling about that one all over the place. :)

  21. Yes for the Lunar Chronicles! And YOU! That book deserves so much more exposure than it gets! It was one of the most incredible books I've ever read.
