I'm super excited about History is All You Left Me as well! And of course Carve The Mark and Wayfarer <3
ReplyDeleteLindsey, so many amazing books coming out next year!!
DeleteA Tragic Kind of Wonderful is maybe the one I am looking forward to the most. Nowhere Near You and History is All You Left Me are two I want to read as well. I am looking forward ot ROxanne Gay's other book - Difficult Women. Great list!
ReplyDeleteGrace, I haven't even heard of that other Roxane Gay book. I will need to check that one out. I love her books!
DeleteCarve the Mark is on my list too, but I'm not really familiar with the others you mentioned...or I haven't read the first in the series. Have a great week!

Thanks Sandy!
DeleteI'll have to remember to look for the Book of Etta! I recently read the Midwife book (on your recommendation, I'm pretty sure!), and I'd be interested to see what else she writes.
ReplyDeleteLisa, I am so glad that my review convinced you to read the Midwife! That makes me so happy. :) I am very excited about her next book as well. :)
DeleteLooks like lots of sequels to look forward to! One sequel I'm anticipating is the concluding book in V.E. Schwab's Shades of Magic trilogy.

Jenna, I just read the first one in her Darker shade of magic trilogy and I really enjoyed it. I need to read the second one so I can read the finale as well!
DeleteOooh, I love your list! I'm definitely keen for Carve The Mark, and History Is All You Left Me (although is that one going to make me cry?!? I feel like it might *prepares feels*) and yES to The Cursed Queen!! :D
ReplyDeleteCait, The Impostor Queen was one of my favorite books this year! I can't wait for the sequel!!
DeleteAwesome set of books you got there, especially Carve the Mark!

Thanks Ronyell!
DeleteSad but most of these are new to me. I think I am looking forward to a lot of romance books for next year :)
ReplyDeleteNereyda│ Nick & Nereyda’s Infinite Booklist
Nereyda, I think I need more romance novels in my life. :)
DeleteYes to all! Also, this makes me CERTAIN that I must read the first books to the sequels you have listed because... well, if you like them, I probably will too. And I think I have them all except the last one (and fine, some of the sequels haha), and I obviously just added the last one to my TBR because again, twinsies ;) Great choices!
ReplyDeleteShannon, YES!!! You MUST read all the books that I love because if I love them, YOU will too!!
DeleteI am so ready for the Cursed Queen. That first book needed a sequel in the WORST way!! <3
