Top Ten of 2014: Books that made me cry

Time for a week of looking back! Thanks to Jamie @ Two Chicks on Books, Rachel @ Reading YA Rocks, Mindy @ Magical Urban Fantasy Reads, and Nancy @ Tales of a Ravenous Reader for hosting the TOP TEN OF 2014!!

Today's topic is my choice so I decided on the top ten books that made me cry in 2014.

1. Sea of Tranquility

2. An Untamed State

3. Tell the wolves I'm home

4. The Law of Moses

Are there any books that made you cry this year?

  1. I agree with TFIOS and Every Ugly Word, although the latter didn't make me cry.

    1. Thanks for stopping by Zed! I think maybe I am too emotional with certain books sometimes. Ha

  2. I specifically do NOT read books that would make me cry. I don't find enjoyment in that. Life is sad enough, books are for good times for me. :) Yay for posting something not on the list tho. For my own post today, I posted about Best Less Known Authors/Books.

    1. Thanks for stopping by Karsyn, And I don't read books specifically to make myself cry either. These books just happened to do that. But I am a very emotional person anyway, doesn't take much. :)

    1. Thanks Joyousreads! I do remember you saying you wouldn't be able to read An Untamed State, so that one was probably not one of the ones you read. :)

  6. I'm a little ashamed to admit the TFIOS is the only book on your list that I've read. It did make me cry though! Tell The Wolves I'm Home and All The Light We Cannot See are both on my list though. I'll have to have my tissues ready when I do read them. :)
